Art. 1935. Por el pacto comisorio se estipula espresamente que, no pagándose el precio al tiempo convenido , se resolverá el contrato de venta.

Entiéndese siempre esta estipulacion en el contrato de venta, i cuando se espresa, toma el nombre de pacto comisorio, i produce los efectos que van a indicarse:
