° Los convenios que en desarrollo del Decreto 2065 de 1983 suscribieron los CASD con el visto bueno del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, continuarán vigentes, pero podrán ser actualizados para someterlos al procedimiento que se señala en el presente Decreto, a solicitud del Director del CASD respectivo o del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
