Artículo tercero. El Gobierno Nacional se asocia a las solemnes ceremonias que con motivo del tricentenario del nacimiento del Santo de La Salle deberán llevarse a cabo por la Comunidad de los Hermanos de las Escuelas Cristianas, cuya misión en Colombia ha tenido espléndidas realizaciones en todas las ramas de la educación, en la cultura y tecnificación popular y en la auténtica formación de juventudes.
