ARTICULO TERCERO . Fíjase la planta global de personal de los trabajadores oficiales de la Imprenta Nacional de Colombia en doscientos cincuenta y dos (252) cargos.

Parágrafo

Los trabajadores oficiales que no sean incorporados a la nueva planta de personal, tendrán derecho a la indemnización convencional vigente.
