Artí­culo 49A . Testigos . Las listas de candidatos inscritos podrán designar testigos y acreditarlos ante la Registraduría respectiva, desde el dí­a hábil siguiente a la inscripción de candidatos hasta ocho días calendario anteriores al dí­a de las elecciones.

Parágrafo

La lista de candidatos debe llevar el nombre y número de identificación de los testigos electorales, así­ como el lugar de ubicación para el día de la votación.
