Cesión. El Ministerio de Minas y Energía o la entidad que este delegue, establecerá las condiciones para la cesión del Permiso de Explotación, así como las condiciones que deberá cumplir el cesionario.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.3.8.9.5.6. Exclusividad. El Desarrollador que haya obtenido el Permiso de Explotación de un área determinada tendrá exclusividad frente a otros solicitantes mientras este se encuentre vigente.
