Los Juzgados de Instrucción Criminal creados por el artículo 70 de la Ley 2ª de 1984, tendrán adscritos los .mismos empleados que en la actualidad tienen los Juzgados Instrucción Criminal, radicados o ambulantes. Previo concepto del Consejo Nacional de Instrucción Criminal, el Gobierno Nacional fijará el número de los Jueces Instrucción Criminal que correspondan a cada Distrito Judicial.
