El Gobierno procederá a construír una central hidroeléctrica que suministre energía al mayor número de poblaciones del occidente antioqueño, utilizando el río Cauca o algunas de las caídas de los ríos Tonusco, Aures, Noque, Ríochico, Carauta, El Medio, Trinidad o Becudá, en los mismos términos y condiciones previstos en los artículos que preceden.
