En Las Oficinas De Justicia Penal Militar Debe Haber Despacho Permanente Al Público De Lunes A Viernes De 8 A

En las Oficinas de Justicia Penal Militar debe haber despacho permanente al público de lunes a viernes de 8 a.m. a 5 p.m. El Magistrado, Auditor de Guerra o Juez autorizará los turnos necesarios en la hora del almuerzo, preservando el normal funcionamiento de la Oficina.

Parágrafo

Los Jueces de Primera Instancia, de acuerdo con las necesidades de servicio, establecerán turnos de disponibilidad de sus respectivos funcionarios para los días sábados y domingos. En este caso, se tendrá por compensatorio el siguiente día hábil.
