El Gobierno Nacional reglamentará las actividades que desarrollen las empresas promotoras y comercializadoras de proyectos de tiempo compartido y multipropiedad. Estos prestadores de servicios turísticos deben brindar información cierta, comprobable y suficiente, evitando que se induzca a un error al consumidor sobre el uso de los servicios ofrecidos a fin de garantizar que el servicio será debidamente prestado en los términos ofertados.
