Las medidas no judiciales de contribución a la verdad y memoria histórica se definirán por los pueblos y comunidades indígenas a través de los planes de reparación colectiva. Se establecerán espacios de reconstrucción de la Verdad sobre los hechos, las causas y consecuencias de los conflictos en los territorios indígenas que generen un diálogo entre las víctimas, las autoridades indígenas, la sociedad civil, las instituciones, el Estado y demás actores involucrados.
