Art. 33. Los Presidentes o Gobernadores de los Estados procederán, con la debida oportunidad, a hacer el nombramiento de los alumnos que les corresponden, para que éstos puedan estar en la capital. De la República en los últimos dias del mes de enero próximo, a más tardar. Serán de cargo de los Estados los gastos de viaje.
