Vigilancia . La vigilancia administrativa del cumplimiento de las obligaciones y de la prestación del servicio portuario y demás actividades portuarias que contraiga el concesionario con el departamento Archipiélago de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina, estará a cargo de la Superintendencia de Puertos y Transporte en cumplimiento de sus funciones y competencias.
