Los recursos a que se refiere el artículo 1º del presente decreto se mantendrán en la reserva especial establecida en el inciso segundo del artículo 35 de la Ley 344 de 1996 y en lo no previsto en dicha ley o en el presente decreto, se sujetarán a las disposiciones presupuestales aplicables a la Fiduciaria La Previsora S.A.
