El Artículo 38 de la Ley 640 quedará así:

Artículo 38. Requisito de procedibilidad en asuntos civiles . Si la materia de que se trate es conciliable, la conciliación extrajudicial en derecho deberá intentarse antes de acudir a la jurisdicción civil en los procesos declarativos, con excepción de los de expropiación y los divisorios.
