La Dirección de la Contabilidad general y la cuenta del Presupuesto y del Tesoro quedará á cargo del Director de aquel ramo, del Contador, del segundo Tenedor de libros, del Oficial de correspondencia y del auxiliar de la antigua Sección 4. a (Contabilidad general) del extinguido Ministerio del Tesoro.
