Articulo tercero. Las providencias que se dicten por los funcionarios de trabajo de primera instancia, en desarrollo de las normas que anteceden, cuando sean desfavorables al trabajador o trabajadores, y no sean recurridas, deberán ser consultadas con el Departamento Nacional del Trabajo, para los efectos de su ejecutoria. Entre tanto, los trabajadores no podrán ser despedidos, trasladados ni desmejorados en sus condiciones de trabajo.
