El Liquidador enajenará los activos cumpliendo con lo establecido en los artículos 30 y 31 del Decreto-ley 254 de 2000, modificados por los artículos 16 y 17 de la Ley 1105, de 2006, respectivamente y siguiendo las reglas señaladas en el Decreto Reglamentario 4848 de 2007 o las demás normas que la modifiquen, sustituyan o reglamenten.
