Los afiliados a la Caja, con excepción de los relacionados en el inciso primero del Artículo anterior, a partir del 21 de diciembre de 1945, deberán contribuir para el fondo de la misma con un tres y medio por ciento (3 ½ %) de sus sueldos o salarios mensuales.
