° Los Administradores que tengan que remitir dicha correspondencia a otras oficinas, la enviarán con una factura especial, por principal i duplicado, en que se esprese el número de cartas de cada clase, su peso, i el valor del porte que deba cobrarse por ellas. Una de estas facturas se devolverá a la oficina remitente con el cumplido respectivo, i la otra servirá para comprobar el cargo que del porte de la misma correspondencia debe hacerse al Administrador que la recibe.
