Los funcionarios de la contraloría que hayan ejercido el Control fiscal de la caja, y sus parientes dentro del cuarto grado de consanguinidad y segundo de afinidad, no podrán ser nombrados ni prestar Sus servicios en ella sino después de un (1) año de producido el retiro.
