Art. 15. (Transitorio). En el presente año las matrículas ordinarias del Instituto Central de Matemáticas se abrirán el 25 de Enero del presente año, y se cerrarán el 31 del mismo, y podrá haber matrículas extraordinarias hasta el 15 de Febrero del mismo año.
