Del retiro por derecho a pensión de Jubilación El empleado del Sistema que reúna las condiciones parí tener derecho a disfrutar de pensión de jubilación o de vejez, deberá cesar definitivamente en sus funciones y se retirado del peí-vicio dentro de los seis (6) meses siguiente; a la fecha en que se hubieren cumplido tales requisitos. La institución notificará al empleado oue ha reunido la condiciones para el retiro por pensión, para que el funcionario tramite de manera inmediata el reconocimiento de 1; pensión respectiva, Si el reconocimiento se efectuare dentro del término indicado se decretará el retiro y el empleado cesará en su funciones. Cualquier negligencia en el trámite de la pensión imputable al funcionado será causal de mala conducta.
