° Para los efectos del artículo 62 se entenderá por Fuerzas Armadas los miembros del Ejército, Armada, Fuerza Aérea y Policía Nacional. Al mismo, se entenderá como miembros de los cuerpos arma de carácter permanente, los guardianes de cárceles, los guardas de aduanas y los de rentas departamentales mientras permanezcan en servicio activo.
