ARTICULO 2.4.5.2.1 .- ORGANOS DE DIRECCIÓN Y ADMINISTRACIÓN. Serán órganos de dirección y administración de la Financiera Energética Nacional S. A., FEN: - La asamblea de accionistas. - La junta directiva, y - El representante legal. Cada uno de estos órganos desempeñar sus funciones dentro de las facultades y atribuciones que le confieren el presente título, los estatutos de la Financiera Energética Nacional S. A. y las resoluciones reglamentarias que dicte la junta directiva.
