º. Cuando a juicio del Superintendente de la Economía Solidaria la situación jurídica, financiera o administrativa de alguna de las entidades vigiladas así lo requiera, en ejercicio de las atribuciones previstas en el numeral 19 del artículo 36 de la Ley 454 de 1998; éste podrá someter a cualquier entidad a un nivel de supervisión más elevado y aplicar los principios de supervisión que corresponda.
