Articulo 1 El Gobierno Nacional, constituido para estos efectos por el Presidente de la República y el Ministro de Educación Nacional, podrá ordenar por el tiempo que considere conveniente, la suspensión de las tareas docentes y académicas de los centros de Educación Superior y Media, de nivel nacional, departamental o municipal.
