Reuniones. La Asamblea de Accionistas-Junta Directiva se reunirá ordinariamente por lo menos una vez al mes, en el día y la hora que ella determine, y extraordinariamente por convocación del Ministerio de Agricultura, del Gerente General o del Auditor General de la Caja.
