Decreto 339 de 1905 · Que fija el procedimiento para arrendar la Renta de Licores creada por el Decreto legislativo número 41 del año en curso

Art. 8º Cada pliego expresará en la cubierta el empleado á quien se dirige y la firma del proponente.

Parágrafo

Los pliegos referentes al remate pueden ser remitidos bajo paquete postal recomendado con carta de aviso; y los Administradores de Correos serán responsables de su extravío ó demora, en la forma y términos que determinan los respectivos reglamentos postales ó el Código Penal. En el lugar del remate los entregará con recibo el Administrador en la Secretaría del Banco ó de la respectiva Gobernación.
