º. El Banco de la República podrá descontar a los Bancos afiliados pagarés garantizados con Bonos de la Defensa Económica Nacional, y suscritos a favor de tales establecimientos, sin que estas operaciones afecten el cupo del Gobierno en dicho Banco, así como tampoco las autorizadas en el artículo anterior.
