ARTICULO 117 . Solamente se acreditará la idoneidad del Patrón de Pesca Artesanal. Los demás tripulantes únicamente requerirán de una Tarjeta de constancia de inscripción, en la Capitanía de Puerto. Si se trata de Nave Mayor la persona al mando de la nave deberá estar en posesión de Licencia de Capitán de Pesca Regional. CAPITULO II. DE LOS REQUSITOS PARA OBTENER LICENCIA DE NAVEGACION DE PATRON DE PESCA ARTESANAL.
