La matrícula se abre al principio del año en la fecha que determine el Consejo Directivo, y dura abierta por espacio de dos semanas. Ningún individuo puede ganar curso en la Facultad ni ser tenido por alumno, si no se hubiere inscrito oportunamente en el libro de matrículas con las formalidades prescritas para la entrada a la Facultad y hubiere cubierto totalmente los derechos establecidos.
