Valor de las donaciones. Si el que tenía, a la sazón, legitimarios, hubiere hecho donaciones entre vivos a extraños, y el valor de todas ellas juntas excediere a la mitad de la suma formada por este valor y al del acervo imaginario, tendrán derecho los legitimarios para que este exceso se agregue también imaginariamente al acervo, para la computación de las legítimas.
