Si el Consejo de Acreditación encuentra que la Escuela Normal Superior reúne los requisitos para el otorgamiento de la acreditación de calidad y desarrollo, le recomendará al Ministro de Educación Nacional que profiera el acto administrativo correspondiente. Cuando el programa no recibiere la acreditación de calidad y desarrollo, la Escuela Normal Superior podrá solicitar, atendiendo las recomendaciones del Consejo de Acreditación, la iniciación de un nuevo proceso dos (2) años después.
