° . Capacidad jurídica. El Fondo de Previsión Social de Notariado y Registro "Fonprenor" en liquidación conservará su capacidad jurídica únicamente para expedir los actos y celebrar los contratos conducentes a la liquidación y para asegurar durante dicho proceso, el cumplimiento de sus funciones especiales, que se consagran en el presente decreto.
