º. Los Consejos de Rehabilitación podrán, de oficio y por conducto de su Presidente, requerir los contratistas particulares o a las entidades oficiales contratistas, el cumplimiento de lo previsto en el artículo 1º de este Decreto, para lo cual fijarán la fecha y hora en las cuales se realizará la audiencia respectiva por parte del Consejo de Rehabilitación.
