º. El artículo 13 del Decreto 1135 de 1994 quedará así: "Artículo 13. Ancianos indigentes minusválidos. Para efectos de auxilio, se entiende como ancianos indigentes minusválidos a aquellas personas que, habiendo cumplido con los requisitos definidos en el artículo 11 del Decreto 1135 de 1994, hayan perdido el cincuenta por ciento (50%) o más de su capacidad laboral."
