Para satisfacer demandas de transporte entre las veintidós (22:00) horas y las 05:00 horas, se podrán diseñar y autorizar corredores nocturnos complementarios de transporte con vehículos provenientes de las distintas empresas de transporte. La autoridad competente someterá su otorgamiento a la expedición de un permiso o a la celebración de un contrato de concesión según el caso.
