Exclusión de inscripción de cédulas por irregularidades. La Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil, acorde con sus competencias, con el fin de determinar la existencia o no de irregularidades frente a la identidad de quien se inscribe, cruzará la información con el Archivo Nacional de Identificación y la base de datos de las huellas digitales.
