Pago con recursos del Fonpet. Las entidades territoriales participantes en los bonos pensionales especiales Tipo T podrán autorizar el pago de dichos bonos con cargo a los recursos del Fonpet, con el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el Decreto 4105 de 2004 y demás normas complementarias.
