El certificado de habilitación otorgado a los vehículos automotores de matrícula extranjera de propiedad o vinculados a empresas nacionales que posean certificado de idoneidad, suplirá para todos los efectos, la Tarjeta de Operación de que trata el Acuerdo de la Junta Directiva del Intra 00061 de 1989 o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya.
