ART 111. La obligación de pagar el censo sigue siempre el dominio de la finca censida, aun respecto de los cánones devengados antes de la adquisición de la finca; salvo siempre el derecho del censualista para dirigirse contra el censatario constituido en mora, aun cuando deje de poseer la finca, y salva, además, la acción de saneamiento del nuevo poseedor de la finca contra quien hubiere lugar.
