La Reunión de El Ministros se reunirá en sesión ordinaria cada dos (2) años y en sesión extraordinaria a solicitud del Presidente de la última Reunión Ordinaria, o por convocatoria de tres de sus miembros. La sede de la siguiente Reunión será acordada durante la última Reunión Ordinaria.
