Art. 6.° Cuando los denuncios de bienes ocultos se hagan por los particulares ante los empleados especificados en el artículo 13 de la lei ya citada, tales empleados tendrán el deber de remitirlos de oficio inmediatamente al respectivo Ajente del Ministerio público, i certificar al pié de ellos la fecha en que hubieren sido presentados.
