Para proceder al allanamiento y registro de templos, edificios en que funcione alguna autoridad pública, cuarteles o lugares sujetos a jefes militares o de bienes del Estado, el funcionario de instrucción hará pasar recado a la persona a cuyo cargo estuvieren, si se hallare presente, quien podrá asistir a la diligencia o nombrar alguna persona que la represente.
