La Comisión Profesional Colombiana de Diseño Industrial, creada por la Ley 157 de 1994, estará integrada de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 7º de la precitada ley y ejercerá las funciones de que trata el artículo 8º de la misma. Sus miembros tomarán posesión ante el Ministro de Desarrollo Económico.
