Para los fines de esta Ley, las entradas ordinarias incluirán: primero, las entradas totales derivadas de bienes nacionales, contribuciones, derechos e impuestos nacionales, exceptuando aquella parte de estas entradas que se recaude por cuenta de cualesquiera Departamentos o Municipios; y segundo, las entradas netas que obtenga la Nación por concepto de servicios nacionales.
