Art.3. o Los buques mercantes que entren en un puerto granadino por causa o avería, de temporal, o por refujiarse de piratas, no pagarán derecho de toneladas, a menos que desembarquen el todo o la mitad a lo ménos de los efectos que conducen, en cuyo caso quedarán sujetos a las reglas que establecen los dos artículos anteriores
