Artículo cuarto. El museo de cera a que se refiere el artículo primero y el parágrafo tercero del artículo tercero de la presente Ley, estará a cargo de la Corporación Nacional de Turismo, en combinación con la Academia de la Historia de Cartagena de Indias y la Organización del Concurso Nacional de la Belleza Colombiana.
