Art. 2.° En caso de que por cualquiera circunstancia el Asilo de Ancianos se cerrare, o dejare de funcionar como hoy se halla, ó cambiare de denominación ó de régimen, la suma apropiada por este Decreto se considerará siempre como destinada á la Beneficencia, y su aplicación corresponderá á la Sociedad de San Vicente de Paúl, pues el propósito del Gobierno es compensar á esta Sociedad la cesión que ella hace al suministrar un local para hospital de virolentos.
